Setting our Personal Priorities

When you have a lot to do, it is often hard to know what to do first,  The key to getting yourself out of this is to change your relationship to time and learn how to manage yourself around time. The way you spend your time is a statement of what your priorities are.
Setting  priorities is very important to having an efficient life, priorities are short-term goals,  the things that you want to accomplish in any given period of time. If you are good at setting priorities, you will be better prepared to decide on goals. The more your goals represent your values, strengths and passions, the more likely you are to achieve them  so aim to take the time each day to determine what you want to achieve and set specific goals.

You can learn how to set priorities by following the steps.
Determine your goals: You can't set your priorities without knowing what you want to achieve in the first place. You really need to figure out what they are and write them down with clarity.
Learn How to Balance: sometimes you’ve got many different goals and priorities. Learning how to balance them and staying organized is just a part of life. If you pay too much attention to one priority, your others may begin to suffer.
Keep your Focus: But you don’t want to allow procrastination to creep up on you. Keep your eyes on your priorities.
Keep Your Enthusiasm:This is very important to setting priorities. If you’re working towards a specific goal, keep in mind how great you’ll feel once you achieve success.

Remember that your priorities can change in any given period of time, but learn to say no to people who try to make you change your agenda against your wishes, but allow some margin for unpredictable interruptions and delays. Plan to maximize your sense of accomplishment while creating space for relaxation too. And congratulate yourself for what you have achieved. You deserve it.
