Self confidence


 Not everyone is born with an in built sense of self-confidence. Sometimes it can be hard to develop confidence, whether because of personal experiences that have caused you to lose confidence or suffering from low self-esteem.
Self confidence is a feeling of trust in one's abilities, qualities, and judgment. Self-confident people are admired by others and inspire confidence in others. They know that no matter what obstacles come their way, they have the ability to get past them. Self-confident people tend to see their lives  positively even when things aren't going so well, and they are typically satisfied with and respect themselves.
  There are a couple of handy things you can do to build your confidence: Staying away from negativity and bringing on the positivity; Change your body language and image i.e your appearance, posture, smile, keeping eye contact and the way you talk; Don't accept failure and get rid of negative voices in your head; Trust yourself.
