Choosing the right attitude towards life



A positive mental attitude  benefits health, longevity and quality of life. It encompasses a complete range of life experiences. It's believing not simply that the positive outweighs the negative in life, but that we can create positive feelings and actions; that we have the power to make ourselves happy and content. Positive mental attitude is believing in yourself, accepting whatever comes along, and learning to use whatever comes to grow and help others. A positive attitude fuels us to keep moving, keep doing, keep trying to find the beauty in life. Optimistic individuals are better able to handle the changes that we all face as we age,
