Living an Efficient Life

An efficient life is one lived without wasted time, money, or resources. It is a life where the unnecessary has been removed and only the useful remains. It is a life in which we understand what brings us true satisfaction and we are actively pursuing it. It is about knowledge, self control and behavior.
If we take the time, we can utilize the knowledge and resources we have developed to live awesome, exciting, efficient, waste free lives.
Your ability to live life efficiently and effectively is about knowing your roles and setting goals.

Knowing Your Roles
Every individual has a role to pay in his/her life. To live life efficiently and effectively, it’s important not to let other people define your roles for you. You have to choose your own path. You have to choose your roles based on your own personal values to stay focused and motivated. Knowing these roles is fundamental to setting personal goals.

Setting Your Goals
Without setting goals, people often end up working very hard to end up in a place they don’t want to be.  Once you’ve set your roles, you should set goals related to them, long term, medium term, short term and daily. .
Long-Term Goals. These are about what you want most in life, what you want to have accomplished by the end of your life.
Medium Term Goals. These are ones that you’re working toward over the next 1-3 years or so. These should be related to your long term goals.
Short Term Goals. These are your weekly and/or monthly goals.
Daily Goals are probably the most important part of the whole goal setting process. Set goals for yourself each day that pertain to your life roles.
When you adhere  to your daily goals, it ensures that you do something that contributes to what you want to be and achieve in life each day.
