We pride ourselves on our intelligence but we still engage in many unhealthy behaviours. People engaging in unhealthy behaviors because they lack knowledge about the harmful effects or they do not correctly weigh the health/lifestyle advantages
and disadvantages regarding participating or not participating in these behaviours.
Some of the unhealthy behaviours are smoking, alcohol consumption, sedentary lifestyle, abnormal sleeping pattern, Caffeine addiction, ignoring your nutrition etc. The worst thing is that all of these unhealthy habits are somehow interconnected.
By breaking these unhealthy habits, you are not only improving yourself, but you are also making your lifestyle change for the better.
