Self love
Self-love is a regard for one's own well-being and happiness. You deserve to be loved not only by those around you but by the most important person in your life — YOU.
You're not showing love to your authentic self if you: Constantly compensate for who you are with apologies or hedging words; Beat yourself up when you make the slightest mistake; Think about your flaws and feel disgusted or angry; Repeatedly do self-destructive things; Don't consider your needs a priority.
You have to show yourself some love by practicing the following: Start telling yourself something really positive each day; Eat good and healthy food; Don't believe your inner critic; Surround yourself with people who love and encourage you; Stop comparing yourself with others; Celebrate your achievement no matter how big or small; Embrace and love the things that make you different; Take time out to calm your mind every day; Have fun, do the things that makes you happy, enjoy them and enjoy being you.
